Our head chef Andrus Saartok  combines the best flavours of the Scandinavian cuisine and the best finds from other national cuisines . While using pure and organic produce, our menu aims to arouse both senses of recognition and pleasant discovery. We are located in Tartu, in Lõunakeskus, on the second floor of the hotel Sophia.
