I am a milliner based in Narva, Estonia. I am designing and making hats for over 5 years now. I've got my basic millinery skills during study at London College of Fashion in 2013, then improved them during year of study for BTEC Level 2 at Kensington and Chelsea College (London) under direction well-known in millinery world Harvy Santos during 2015-2016 years and polished my skills with HNC in Millinery with following world-known milliners and tutors as Sophie Beale, Sarah Cant, Jo Miller and Ian Bennett during 2016 - 2017 years. Upon return to Estonia in September 2017 I established my millinery business and market my products under the labels - Irina Bluebird and Custom Hair Accessories. Both labels are registered trademarks.

The originality of those labels stands in using assorted craft techniques and elements in trimmings. It is a known fact that handmade products have a soul inside them. My couture range is fully handcrafted starting from blocking shapes. I amuse challenging new techniques and endeavor to evolve persistently new trendy accessories.

I work from a small hat studio, so if you occur to travel across Estonia and visit town Narva, you are very welcome to be my guest!
