EuroPark

Next to the parking house at Lai 9 (Zone EP58), with entrance from Ringi street, there is a parking lot managed by EuroPark Estonia. This is a paid parking zone from Mon–Sun 8:00–18:00.
With a parking clock, 2 hours are free. After that, mobile parking is available (zone EP58).
To start mobile parking, send a message to 1902 with your car number, a space, and the zone code (e.g., 111ABC EP58). Wait for a confirmation message that parking has started. To stop parking, call 1903.

• 1 day / €8.00

Port Artur Parking House (Starting 01.06.2025)

The Port Artur parking house will also become a EuroPark zone.

• Monthly card €50/month
• Maximum vehicle height is 2 meters, trailers are not allowed.
• Mobile parking: EP445 (e.g., 111ABC EP445)

Lai 10 Riverside Parking Zone

Paid parking Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00 (free on Sat–Sun).
2 hours free parking with a parking disc. Mobile parking is available after that (zone EP74).

Pärnu Keskus is located in the old town area.

Old Town Area

• Mon–Sat 8:00–19:00 (except public holidays); free on Sundays
• 1 hour: €2
• 24 hours: €10
• 60 minutes of free parking
• The ticket is valid also in the city center area and from 01.09–30.04 in the beach area.
• For mobile parking, use the area codes: PVANALINN, PVANALINN60

City Center Area

• Mon–Sat 8:00–19:00 (except public holidays); free on Sundays
• 1 hour: €1
• 24 hours: €5
• 60 minutes of free parking
• The ticket is valid from 01.09–30.04 also in the beach area.
• For mobile parking, use the area codes: PKESKLINN, PKESKLINN60

Central Square Parking in front of Endla Theatre

• The parking lot is part of the old town area, and the same times, prices, and tickets apply.
• By indicating the start time of parking with a parking disc or a written notice, you can park for free for the first 3 hours (only with a parking machine ticket).
• With a parking machine ticket or mobile parking, the general free parking time of 60 minutes applies, and the 3-hour free parking cannot be used.
• For a machine ticket, 60 free minutes are automatically added to the end time of the purchased ticket.
• For mobile parking, to use the free time, you must add the code PVANALINN60 at the end.

The nearest ticket machine is across from Martens Square, at the entrance to the cobblestone parking lot.
