Instrumentarium Optika OÜ is an Estonian daughter company of Soome Instru optiikka Oy. At the moment Instru Eesti has a chain of 25 stores with thirteen of them in Tallinn, four in Tartu, and one in Pärnu, Haapsalu, Narva, Viljandi, Rakvere, Kuressaare, Kohtla-Järve and Rapla.
The owner of Instru optiikka Oy is Grand Vision B.V. In the summer of 2010 the transaction was completed according to which the stores of Instrumentarium in Finland and Estonia went to the ownership of the optical chain Grand Vision B.V.
